I received my order but it was damaged in transit, now what?
Should this happen, clearly write on your receipt ‘REPLACE’ and send it, along with the damaged item/s to: Picturecards, PO Box 949, Stockton-on-Tees, TS19 1PL, UNITED KINGDOM, and I’ll send replacement goods as soon as I can, upon receipt. Sorry, unfortunately I cannot cover your postage cost for damaged items being returned.
