I received my order but there's a problem, now what?
All orders are carefully checked before being sent out. If however, things go the shape of the pear, please inform admin@thatpicturecardsite.com, quoting your order # (found on receipt) along with a brief description of the problem, and I’ll endeavour to rectify any mistakes as quickly as possible. Sorry, unfortunately I cannot cover your postage cost for items being returned.
