I wish to return something, now what?

Upon receiving your order, if you’re not entirely satisfied with product quality, you have 2 days to return unused items. Clearly write on your receipt ‘RETURN’ and send it, along with the item/s to: Picturecards, PO Box 949, Stockton-on-Tees, TS19 1PL, UNITED KINGDOM, and I’ll credit your account as soon as I can, upon receipt. Sorry, unfortunately I cannot cover your postage cost for items being returned.
